Juniors' Recollection 2026

The main topics are:

I. The Theme: "Lord, Teach Me How to Love"
II. God chose to love us.
III. Our response to God’s love is to choose to live for Him.

CELAM has prepared this “home recollection” as a substitute for the missed scheduled recollection. It is our hope that the student or students completing this requirement will enter into the spirit of prayer and reflection. Let this serve as a reminder of one’s relationship with God and His invitation to draw closer to Him.

General Instructions:
  • The reflections must be handwritten in a prayer journal and submitted as a physical journal at the CELAM office. Please do not submit your reflection in the comment section of the blog.
  • Please purchase a 50-leaf notebook (preferably a green university notebook or a composition/writing notebook measuring 148mm x 200mm or 135mm x 210mm).
  • In your reflection, use the first-person pronouns “I” and “me” to express your thoughts. Avoid using “you” and “we” in writing your reflection.
  • Journals will not be accepted if the instructions are not followed.

If you have more family members, feel free to add their names and relationships in your journal.

2. Draw a symbol that best represents your family. (See the sample.)
